Sharing information

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the business, professional advisers, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies where legally required, and subcontractors where necessary to deliver an agreed service. We require service providers to protect personal data and use it only for the agreed purpose.

If a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer safeguard where required.

How long we keep information

Contract, invoice, certification and accounting records may be kept for up to 7 years where needed for legal, tax, insurance or contractual purposes. The cookie preference record is kept in your browser for 180 days. Information may be kept longer where required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
